  • Founding Fan Tokens – Terms & Conditions

    1. What You’re Buying

    • Each Founding Fan Token costs £100.
    • 1,000 tokens will ever exist.
    • Each token represents your place in the Founding Fan Pool, not legal shares in XY Effect Ltd.
    • Tokens give you perks, legacy status and a share of future fan bonuses (see below).

    2. Perks You’ll Receive

    • A numbered Founding Fan shirt (if you hold at least 1 token).
    • Lifetime Founding Fan status in the XY Effect platform.
    • Priority access to campaigns, events, and rewards.
    • Name listed on the Founding Fan Wall (unless you opt out).

    3. The Founding Fan Bonus Pool

    • XY Effect will allocate 5% of all sponsorship revenue each year into a bonus pool.
    • The bonus pool will be divided between Founding Fans pro-rata by tokens held.
    • Example: If you hold 10 tokens (1% of total), and the pool is £100,000, you receive £1000.

    4. What This Is Not

    • Tokens are not legal equity or shares in XY Effect Ltd.
    • Tokens do not give you voting rights, dividends, or ownership in the company.
    • Bonus payouts are not guaranteed and depend on sponsorship revenue.

    5. Payments

    • Bonus payments will be made annually, within 90 days of year-end.
    • Payments will be made via bank transfer or PayPal, using the details you provide.

    6. Refunds

    • Tokens are non-refundable.
    • You may gift or transfer your tokens to another person with written notice to XY Effect.

    7. Closing the Scheme

    • XY Effect reserves the right to close the scheme if fewer than 50 tokens are sold by 1st January 2026.
    • In that case, all funds will be returned.
